Crockett Tavern Museum located at 2002 Morningside Drive, Morristown, TN 37814.
The Museum was built on the site of the boyhood home of Davy Crockett. It is a reconstruction of the 1790’s John Crockett Tavern. For more information go to: Visitor Details

I just learned that I’m the 5th great granddaughter to Davey Crockett. My 4th great grandfather is John Wesley Crockett. My great grandmother is Georgia Shaw. Her mother is Mary Elizabeth Crockett who married George Shaw and moved to South Dakota. I’m very interested in joining and learning more about my family’s roots on this side of the family.
